The corpse yoga pose allows you to surrender your body to your lowest position and be one on one with the ground. This intimate connection allows you to give up the impurities dwelling within you so that you can soak in the richness of everything around you. You increase your focus when you discard the distractions. All you have to do is lay on your back with your arms by your side, your palms facing upwards, and your legs extended for ten minutes in order to enjoy the benefits of the corpse pose.
