Healthy Holiday Cocktail Recipe [Video]

Don’t skip out on the holiday fun this year – this holiday cocktail is as guilt-free as it is boozy and delicious. The natural flavors from the fruit and cinnamon give this cocktail just the right amount of sweetness without the danger of excess sugars, while the red wine contains antioxidants that prevent certain cancers, fight weight gain, improve dental health, and reduce the risk of memory loss – but all in moderation, of course! Raven is an undergraduate student at Hunter College earning her BA in English Literature, Linguistics and Rhetoric and Women and Gender Studies with plans to graduate Spring 2017. Raven is an informed advocate for physical and emotional wellness, in addition to change surrounding issues of social justice.
