Let me just say that I am not a huge fan of training my abs. That burn hits me so hard sometimes. I think I’ve probably said every curse word in the book while completing my ab workouts. That’s why I like to do my ab workouts as quickly and efficiently as possible. How about 6 minutes? I say, YES!
This ab workout fits in perfectly after a run or bike ride when you just want a little bit extra. And trust me, this workout is a real burner, and you might love me or hate me for it. Hopefully you appreciate the burn.
There are 6 exercises in this workout, and I want you to try and do all the exercises for one minute each. It won’t be easy, and you might have to take breaks within the minute, but do your best! Just keep reminding yourself how short the workout is when that burn starts to creep in. Perform all 6 exercises in a row and then you’re done.
6-Minute Abs Workout
Perform each exercises for 1 minute:
- Low plank arm reaches
- Bicycle crunches
- Scissor kicks
- Russian twist
