Toning Strawberry Mask

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 strawberry
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

DIRECTIONS

  1. Beat your egg whites. Set aside.
  2. Mash up your strawberry.
  3. In a small bowl, combine egg whites, strawberry, and lemon juice.
  4. Apply the mask to your face. Leave it on for about 15 minutes and then rinse off with warm water.

Cleansing Cabbage Mask

  • 2-3 large cabbage leaves
  • 1 tbsp plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp olive oil

DIRECTIONS

  1. Chop up cabbage leaves in a food processor. Pulse until the leaves start to take a thick, pasty form.
  2. In a small bowl, combine cabbage with yogurt, honey, and olive oil.
  3. Apply the mask to your face. Leave it on for about 25 minutes and then rinse off with warm water.

Refreshing Tomato Mask

  • 1 small tomato
  • 1 tbsp plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp almond oil

DIRECTIONS

  1. Peel and mash tomato in a small bowl.
  2. Add yogurt and almond oil to the tomato.
  3. Apply the mask to your face. Leave it on for about 25 minutes and then rinse off with warm water.

Moisturizing Avocado Mask

  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp aloe vera

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mash up avocado in a small bowl (make sure there are no big chunks).
  2. Add olive oil and aloe vera to the avocado and combine.
  3. Apply the mask to your face. Leave it on for about 15 minutes and then rinse off with warm water.
